Full exterior refurbishment to the building including:

  • Complete removal of existing plaster surfaces by hydro demolition restoration of reinforcing steel and reinstatement of plaster panels
  • Repair, clean and waterproof asbestos tiled roofs
  • Repair, replace butynol flashings, gutters and parapets
  • Replace all structural sealant joints
  • Repairs and full repaint to building
