Human Science Building - University of Auckland
Full exterior refurbishment to the building including:
- Complete removal of existing plaster surfaces by hydro demolition restoration of reinforcing steel and reinstatement of plaster panels
- Repair, clean and waterproof asbestos tiled roofs
- Repair, replace butynol flashings, gutters and parapets
- Replace all structural sealant joints
- Repairs and full repaint to building
