A complete exterior refurbishment of the accommodation tower and adjoining administration block, including waterproof coatings to stone aggregate panels, 2 pack painting to steelwork and balustrades and repairs to stone panels, with all access by combination of swinging stage and abseil.
A comprehensive roof access system was designed and installed by APS, allowing safe access to the entire roof and enabling abseil access to the entire building for maintenance requirements.
