Large areas of roofing to this Industrial complex were replaced with new roofing with operation of the factory continuing 24/7.

Other areas of roofing were high pressure washed, repaired and coated in epoxy mastic (2 pack) roof coatings.

Pre-use measurement of the roof, along with hundreds of skylights and vents, extensive underlying protection to equipment and factory personnel and co-ordination with roofing crews with factory operators, made this an extremely challenging project.
