We deliver a broad range of projects across the greater Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas with a focus on our core trades Building, Painting, Roofing, Waterproofing, Height Safety and Engineering.

APS cover projects such as interior/exterior commercial property refurbishment, building and roofing repairs, heritage building restoration, waterproofing membranes, height safety systems and nationwide painting & rebranding.

About the Role


Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for results driven Project Manager to work within the Auckland Operations team in the Roofing division, with the management and co-ordination of projects throughout Auckland being your main priority.

As a driven individual you will be responsible for ensuring the GP profit targets are exceeded. You will be focused on ensuring you complete work to a professional standard, in a safe environment, within budget and in a timely manner.

This is a role which requires a strong focus on teamwork within the Operations Team to enable the planning of resources between the other Project Managers to achieve the best outcome for the company. Applicants should appreciate the importance of business-wide communication between Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, Business Services and the Operations Team.

Applicants should have experience in all aspects of building maintenance, and preferably hold a trade qualification and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction/maintenance industry with strengths in painting and cleaning preferred. A strong focus on customer service is a must.

Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa and hold a full NZ drivers licence.

A salary of between $80,000 to $100,000 (depending on experience) along with other benefits including a company vehicle for work/private use, mobile phone and medical insurance after 12 months employment.
