Supporting Our APS Whānau

Our people are family—and we look after them like one. From scholarships for our team’s children to fully subsidized Outward Bound experiences, we’re invested in their growth and wellbeing. We proudly pay a living wage plus 10% as a minimum, offer health insurance subsidies, and provide access to confidential EAP services. And when life takes an unexpected turn, we rally together—whether it’s through compassionate leave, fundraising, or lending a hand with our trades. Making a Difference in Our Own Backyard

We believe in making a difference where it matters most—right here at home. Through our partnership with the Painga Project, we’re helping remove barriers to education for tamariki in South Auckland, from gifting vehicles for school trips to funding vision and hearing initiatives. Our team also rolls up their sleeves for local projects like playground upgrades, garden transformations, and ongoing technical support for school sites. It’s about building brighter futures for our communities, one meaningful action at a time.

Creating Opportunities Across Borders

We believe in turning compassion into action. Through our partnership with the Red Cross, we welcome refugees into our Logistics Warehouse, providing hands-on training and a pathway into one of our trade teams. As an accredited AEWV employer, we also bring skilled workers from overseas, offering them opportunities to thrive within APS. And with the generous support of our director, Rob Creemers, we’re proud to sponsor children through ChildFund—because helping others isn’t just something we do; it’s who we are.
