At APS, health and safety is simply part of how we work. It’s something we think about when we plan a job, set up a site, and carry out the work.

Our focus is on doing the job properly while keeping people safe and disruption to a minimum. Every project is approached with the same mindset — looking after our team, the people on site, and the buildings we’re working on.

Whether we’re working at height, coordinating multiple trades, or operating in busy environments, safety is part of the day-to-day process. At the end of it all, the goal is straightforward: making sure everyone goes home safe.

Every action had to be achievable, believable, and measurable. Every safety outcome had to have a reason, a purpose and a sense of accomplishment.

If it’s not safe, we don’t work. Before starting any job, we assess the site, identify risks, and implement strict controls to make sure every space meets our safety standards. Safety isn’t negotiable—it’s how we operate every single day.
