Leading the Way in Sustainable Maintenance

We believe looking after buildings shouldn’t come at the cost of the environment.

That’s why we’re proud to be the first carbonzero company in the building industry. From using eco-friendly materials to reducing waste on-site, we’re constantly finding smarter, greener ways to work.

For you, that means partnering with a team that not only protects your property but also helps protect the planet—because sustainability isn’t just good for the environment, it’s good for business too.

While this is often not commercially advantageous, it is the right thing to do.

Our Sustainability Goals

Leading the Carbon Positive Revolution

We're committed to reducing our carbon footprint and continuing to improve our environmental impact. Through our own sustainability initiatives, we're taking meaningful steps towards a more sustainable future — because protecting the planet is a responsibility we all share.

Setting the Standard for Sustainability

Every project we take on is managed with the environment in mind. From using resources more efficiently to applying sustainable practices on-site, we’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact at every stage.

Revolutionising Waste Management

Reducing waste isn’t just good for the planet—it’s smart business. That’s why we’ve partnered with innovators like Green Gorilla and Resene to implement a new waste management plan focused on recycling and cutting down waste across all our projects.

Growing a Greener Future

With conservation properties like Raurimu Lodge, we’re restoring native ecosystems and increasing biodiversity by planting trees to offset carbon emissions. It’s about creating a handprint that lasts for generations, proving that protecting the environment is more than a commitment—it’s a legacy.
