Scope of Works – Preliminary and General
The project involves exterior painting works at 8 Crown Lynn Place, including all necessary site establishment, surface preparation, coating application, and site reinstatement activities.
Develop a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and/or Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) for the project works.
Communicate the programme of works through the nominated onsite contact or Property Manager.
Establish site setup and erect exclusion zones around all active working areas to ensure public and worker safety.
Arrange delivery and installation of static scaffold where required for safe access to work areas.
Methodology
Soft wash or pressure wash painted surfaces up to 3000 PSI to remove dirt, contaminants, and loose materials.

Mask off all prefinished surfaces and protect floors and surrounding areas as required prior to commencement of painting works.
Thoroughly prepare all painted surfaces prior to coating application, including scraping, sanding, and filling holes less than 1mm where required.
(No pre-painting repair works have been allowed for unless otherwise stated.)
Apply coating systems in accordance with the specified Resene paint system and manufacturer recommendations.
Carry out all exterior painting works in a professional manner to achieve a high-quality finish consistent with project specifications.
Upon completion, clean the work areas thoroughly and remove all exclusion zones, equipment, and waste materials from site.
