ANZ Roof wash and Repaint

This project involved the full cleaning, preparation, and recoating of the roof to restore its condition and extend its service life. Works included the application of a biocide treatment followed by a comprehensive roof wash to remove organic growth and contaminants. Damaged vent flashings were removed, with all redundant materials disposed of appropriately. Adjacent elements were protected, including masking of the top section of the steel rail to ensure a clean and controlled finish. The roof was then fully repainted to provide a durable, protective coating and improve overall presentation.
