Interior & Exterior Refurbishment Project
This project involved a comprehensive interior and exterior refurbishment designed to enhance the building's appearance, functionality, and long-term performance. The scope of works included interior upgrades, exterior maintenance and repair works, a full exterior repaint, and the installation of a custom-designed APS Catwalk roof access system.
Installed at New Zealand Sugar, the APS Catwalk system provides safe and efficient roof access for maintenance teams, improving accessibility while supporting reliable long-term site operations. Alongside the refurbishment and exterior painting works, the project delivered a refreshed appearance, enhanced safety, and greater protection against the elements.
