APS completed the roofing replacement and recladding of a multi-storey high-rise building, incorporating façade and elevation upgrades using swinging stage access. Careful planning and specialist access solutions enabled works to be carried out safely and efficiently while minimising disruption to occupants. The project delivered a durable, modernised building envelope, enhancing appearance, weather-tightness, and long-term performance.
