UoA - Music Building
As part of our scheduled maintenance programme for the University, APS undertook the removal of overgrown wisteria at the Music building. The works were completed to improve the building's appearance, prevent vegetation-related damage, and maintain safe access around the facility, helping preserve the environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Drinking Fountains / Rubbish Bins
Installation and replacement of drinking fountains and rubbish bins to improve the functionality, cleanliness, and accessibility of public spaces. The project delivers durable, high-quality solutions designed to support daily use, enhance user convenience, and contribute to a safe, well-maintained environment.
Minor Alterations
Completed a wide range of minor construction and refurbishment works, including door replacements, internal alterations, fit-out modifications, and general building upgrades. Projects were delivered across commercial and educational facilities, with a focus on quality, functionality, and minimal disruption. Notable works include the installation of a new server counter at a school reception area.

Dangerfield New Market
Interior painting refurbishment for Dangerfield Newmarket, including repainting of walls within the changing rooms and main retail floor area. The project also included filling and repairing minor wall imperfections to create a smooth, refreshed finish, enhancing the overall presentation and appearance of the store interior.
