Mt Eden Normal School
During the school holiday period, our Roofing Team successfully delivered the re-roofing of the school hall and two classroom blocks at Mt Eden Normal School. Working to a tight programme, the team achieved a high-quality finish with minimal disruption, showcasing APS's expertise in delivering education sector roofing projects.
Intermediate School reroof
APS delivered a major re-roofing project across existing school buildings while the school remained fully operational. Works were staged block by block to align with the school’s priorities, requiring close daily coordination with management. This collaborative approach enabled classroom rotations, regular community updates, and successful delivery more than one month ahead of schedule and within budget.
Air New Zealand
Our team successfully delivered a complex roof replacement project at Air New Zealand main building, installing DP955 profiled long-run metal roofing within a live operational environment. The project incorporated high-performance insulation, vapour barrier systems, specialist flashings, and MagnaflowX roofing to provide long-term durability in demanding coastal conditions.
Working collaboratively with project partners throughout design and construction, APS contributed design and drafting expertise, developed approved drawing amendments, and adapted to evolving site requirements across multiple construction stages. Through technical excellence, flexibility, and quality workmanship, APS delivered a robust roofing solution that exceeded client expectations.
57 Patterson Ave
Our team successfully completed a reroofing project at 57 Patterson Avenue, replacing the existing roofing system to improve weatherproofing, durability, and overall building performance. Delivered with a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail, the project provides long-term protection and a refreshed appearance.
Tamaki College
Completed a comprehensive roof replacement project for Tamaki College, delivering a durable and high-quality roofing solution that enhanced the building’s weatherproofing and long-term performance. The project was completed efficiently, with a strong focus on safety, workmanship, and minimising disruption to the school’s daily operations.
Don Buck Primary School
Comprehensive roof replacement for Don Buck Primary School, including the installation of new structural plywood substrate and primer systems to improve waterproofing performance. The project delivered a durable, weather-tight roofing solution, enhancing building protection, longevity, and resilience for the school’s facilities.
Enuamanu-Atiu Nui Maruarua Society
Comprehensive roofing replacement project for Enuamanu-Atiu Nui Maruarua Society, enhancing the building’s resilience, weatherproofing, and long-term performance. The works included the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, providing a durable, high-quality solution designed to protect the facility and support its ongoing community use.
Lesmills Victoria
Completed a roofing upgrade for Les Mills Victoria Street, delivering high-quality workmanship on schedule. The project enhanced the building’s weatherproofing, durability, and long-term performance through roofing system improvements, helping protect the facility while supporting operational efficiency and extending the life of this valuable asset.
166 Maura Road
Comprehensive roof replacement project, including site establishment, safety management, material lifting and secure roof storage. Works included installing new roofing, underlay, safety netting, translucent sheets, gutters, downpipes, and flashings, followed by complete site clean-up and responsible waste removal.
160 Plunket Ave
Completed a full roof replacement at 160 Plunket Avenue, including the installation of new flashings and gutters. Delivered with exceptional workmanship and attention to detail, the project provides long-term weather protection, improved performance, and a durable roofing solution built to withstand the elements.
270 Broadway Newmarket
This complex exterior refurbishment was delivered on a high-profile, busy street corner location. The project included complete reconstruction of the footpath canopy roof, repointing of the brick façade, window joinery repairs, waterproofing improvements, roof replacement, and a full exterior repaint, enhancing the building’s durability, weather resistance, and overall presentation.
