627 Great North Road
APS Roofing carried out remedial waterproofing works to an existing internal roof gutter to resolve persistent water ingress issues. The project included substrate preparation, removal of failed coatings, and installation of a reinforced liquid waterproofing membrane system. The completed solution delivered a durable, watertight finish, improved drainage performance, and long-term protection for the building structure.
Kings College
Completed waterproof membrane installation and concrete repair works to a concrete roof and ridge tiles, restoring the roof’s integrity and weather resistance. The project involved targeted repairs, surface preparation, and membrane application to provide long-term protection, durability, and improved performance against water ingress.

Great South Road
Remedial waterproofing works were carried out to an existing internal roof gutter on Great South Road to address ongoing water ingress. The project included substrate preparation, removal of failed coatings, installation of a reinforced liquid waterproofing membrane system, quality assurance inspections, and site clean-up.
Industrial Plant Area
A specialised waterproofing solution was required for the plant area to provide long-term protection against moisture ingress and potential chemical exposure. An Equus Dexx system was applied and modified to withstand chemical spills, delivering enhanced durability, performance, and protection in a demanding operational environment.
Central City Hotel
Various areas throughout the hotel required remedial waterproofing works to address ageing and deteriorated membrane surfaces. Repairs were carried out to the existing membrane system before an Equus Dexx waterproofing system was applied, providing enhanced weather protection, improved durability, and long-term performance across the facility.
East Auckland College
The old hall balcony required remedial waterproofing works to address deterioration in the existing membrane system. Repairs were completed to the original substrate before a new Equus Dexx waterproofing system was applied, providing long-term weather protection, improved durability, and enhanced performance for the balcony area.
Old Clock Tower
The copper roof dome on the clock tower had reached the end of its service life and required a durable solution. A modified Equus Dexx waterproofing system with a copper-finish coating was applied, extending the dome’s lifespan while maintaining the building’s heritage appearance and weatherproof performance.
Intermediate School
Repairs to the existing membrane, upgrading of drainage outlets, and application of Equus Dexx waterproofing system to restore watertight integrity, improve roof performance, and provide a durable long-term waterproofing solution.
Auckland City Hotel
Installation of new plywood substrate and the Equus Dexx waterproofing system across extensive roof areas of a high-rise hotel apartment complex. All works were completed using fall-arrest access systems, ensuring safe delivery of durable, long-term waterproofing protection in a challenging elevated environment.
