UoA - Music Building
As part of our scheduled maintenance programme for the University, APS undertook the removal of overgrown wisteria at the Music building. The works were completed to improve the building's appearance, prevent vegetation-related damage, and maintain safe access around the facility, helping preserve the environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Old Clock Tower
The historic clock tower underwent significant seismic strengthening works focused on its roof turrets, improving structural resilience while preserving its architectural character. The project also included a comprehensive exterior building clean and the establishment of an ongoing stonework maintenance programme, helping to protect and enhance the appearance of this prominent heritage structure for years to come.
Kingsview Apartments
Conversion of 15 levels of balconies into enclosed glass conservatories, creating comfortable year-round living spaces while maximising the building’s panoramic views. Works also included ongoing annual building washdowns and maintenance painting to protect and preserve the property in its coastal environment.
