Specialist Projects
VTNZ
Backfilling and remediation works were completed to the mechanic’s pits and brake testing void at VTNZ Airport, Māngere. The project included the disconnection of services, removal of redundant steelwork, engineered GAP40 backfilling, installation of epoxied steel reinforcement, and the pouring of a new 200mm concrete slab, with engineer inspections and testing undertaken throughout the works.
University of Auckland
Delivered a custom balcony cover solution for the University of Auckland using our specialist APS Catwalk system. Designed to provide a safe, durable, and low-maintenance platform, the installation enhances accessibility while protecting the balcony area. The project showcases our ability to deliver practical, site-specific access solutions that prioritise safety, functionality, and long-term performance.
New Zealand Sugar
Completed a custom-designed roof access system at New Zealand Sugar, featuring our specialist APS Catwalk solution. Designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and efficiency, the system enables maintenance teams to move confidently across the roof while supporting reliable, site-specific access requirements for ongoing operations.
Kingsview Apartments
Conversion of 15 levels of balconies into enclosed glass conservatories, creating comfortable year-round living spaces while maximising the building’s panoramic views. Works also included ongoing annual building washdowns and maintenance painting to protect and preserve the property in its coastal environment.
