A long-standing gutter alignment issue had caused rainwater to overflow onto neighbouring buildings due to insufficient fall to the nearest rainhead. Working within challenging site access constraints, APS Roofing reconfigured the gutter structure and roof alignment, creating improved drainage, eliminating overflow, increasing maintenance access, and delivering substantial cost savings without full roof replacement.

This project involved a comprehensive exterior restoration, including full repair and repainting of all external building elements. Works also included extensive refurbishment of existing steel windows, selective roof replacement, and installation of new stainless steel gutters and parapet flashings to improve durability and weather protection.
