Our team completed balcony repair, waterproofing, and general maintenance works at 93 Dominion Road, restoring the condition and functionality of both exterior and interior areas. The project included remedial balcony repairs, torch-on waterproofing treatments, and interior maintenance works, helping to enhance durability, weather protection, safety, and the overall presentation of the property.
Iron Bank
Completed a torch-on membrane installation at the rooftop of Auckland’s iconic Ironbank Building. The project delivered a robust, weather-resistant waterproofing solution designed to protect the structure from the elements, while ensuring high-quality workmanship, durability, and long-term performance.
CBD Apartments
The existing failed membrane system and screed were removed to allow for the formation of new roof falls and improved drainage performance. A new two-layer Hitchins membrane system was then installed, providing a renewed waterproofing solution across the roof area.
Maidment Theatre
Following the failure of an existing overlay system, this project required the complete removal of both the overlay and original membrane system. Significant substrate and structural repairs were undertaken before a new two-layer De Boer torch-on membrane was installed, providing a durable long-term waterproofing solution.
Auckland Town Hall
Extensive membrane roof reconstruction, improving roof falls and drainage outlet performance to address long-term water management issues. The project included the installation of a high-performance two-layer De Boer membrane system, delivering a durable, weather-resistant solution designed to enhance roof longevity and reliability.
