TPO Membranes
Metlifecare Highland Park Village
A comprehensive roofing upgrade was undertaken at Metlifecare Highland Park Village, replacing ageing Butynol membranes with the Equus Soprema FLAGON TPO waterproofing system. The project included substrate preparation, plywood overlay installation, and TPO membrane application across multiple roof areas, delivering durable, long-term waterproofing protection backed by manufacturer warranty.
Waimauku School
A gutter and drainage upgrade was completed at the Waimauku School Admin Building to improve stormwater capacity and reduce the risk of water ingress. The project included new sumps, downpipes, drainage enhancements, and reinstatement of the membrane system with a TPO waterproofing solution to provide long-term weather protection and reliability.

Highpoint - St Stephens Avenue
Completed a comprehensive re-roofing and waterproofing upgrade at Highpoint, including roof sheet replacement, new underlay systems, membrane installation, structural repairs, and flashing renewals. The project was delivered with full site management, safety controls, crane operations, and detailed weatherproofing solutions to enhance the building’s long-term performance and durability.
Old Custom House
Major roof upgrade at the Old Custom House, delivering its largest Fleece-back TPO membrane installation to date. The project involved a full roof overlay using a high-performance system designed to provide long-term watertight protection, enhanced durability, and reduced maintenance requirements for this significant heritage building.
