The scope included replacing a failed membrane roof with a new warm roof system, undertaking comprehensive waterproofing repairs, and completing detailed remedial work to ensure long-term protection and performance.

This project involved the removal of a failed Butynol tiled roof and the installation of a high-performance De Boer warm roof system. The upgrade also incorporated acoustic requirements to improve occupant comfort, delivering a durable, energy-efficient roofing solution designed for long-term weatherproofing and performance.
