Equus Chevaline protective coating applied to four large concrete buildings, delivering long-term weather protection and enhanced structural durability

The project involved the application of the Equus Chevaline high-build protective coating system to the concrete structures of four large buildings. The coating provides a durable, weather-resistant finish designed to protect against moisture ingress, carbonation, and environmental exposure, helping to extend the service life of the structures.

Heritage Building

Resene X-200 coating applied to all masonry walls, providing crack-bridging protection, enhanced weather resistance, and a refreshed building façade.

The project involved the application of the Resene X-200 elastomeric coating system to all masonry wall surfaces. Designed to bridge hairline cracks and provide a durable weather-resistant finish, the system enhances the building’s appearance while delivering long-term protection against moisture ingress and environmental exposure.

Central City Hotel

Sealant and window joinery repairs completed with paint waterproof coating applied to balcony junctions.

Extensive sealant joint and window joinery repairs were completed to address water ingress issues between balconies. A high-performance Resene waterproof coating system was then applied to affected areas, providing durable protection, improving weather tightness, and helping to prevent future moisture-related deterioration of the building envelope.
