This project involved the repair and waterproofing of internal gutters using the high-performance Matacryl system. The existing gutters showed signs of deterioration and required a durable solution to prevent water ingress and extend their service life. The completed works delivered a seamless, long-lasting waterproofing system with minimal disruption to the building occupants.

Cargo Floors

Urgent repairs and recoating of a damaged cargo shed floor were completed in carefully staged sections within a 24/7 operating facility, delivering a durable finish with minimal disruption and downtime for the client.

The Export Cargo Shed floor had suffered significant wear, with damaged and cracked areas requiring urgent repair to maintain safe and efficient operations. One of the key challenges was carrying out the work within a busy facility that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To minimise disruption, the project was carefully planned and completed in sections, allowing the client to maintain normal operations throughout the repair process. Specialist coating systems were selected to reduce downtime and accelerate the return to service. The project was successfully completed on schedule, delivering a durable, high-quality floor finish with minimal impact on day-to-day business activities.
