Brick panel repairs completed with Lotexan water repellent applied to protect and extend the life of the building exterior.

Extensive brick panel repairs were undertaken to restore integrity and appearance of the building’s external façade. Following remediation works, Lotexan water repellent was applied to provide long-term protection against moisture ingress, helping to reduce weathering, improve durability, and extend the overall lifespan of the brickwork.

Equus Lotexan water repellent applied to large classroom block brickwork, providing long-term moisture protection and enhanced façade durability.

This project involved the application of Equus Lotexan water repellent to the brick walls of a large classroom block. The treatment was designed to provide long-term protection against moisture penetration while preserving the natural appearance of the brickwork. The completed works will help reduce weathering, improve durability, and extend the life of the building façade.

Geyser building

Building Façade Protection, full exterior cleaning and application of waterproofing treatment.

As part of the ongoing maintenance programme for the Geyser Building, the exterior façade underwent a comprehensive clean followed by the application of Faceal Oleo, a high-performance protective treatment. The system provides long-lasting resistance against water, oil, and environmental contaminants, enhancing the building’s appearance while helping to minimise staining, weathering, and future maintenance requirements.

This project involved a full external building clean followed by the application of Faceal Oleo, a high-performance protective treatment designed to repel water, oil, and everyday contaminants. The completed works enhanced the appearance of the façade while providing long-lasting protection, helping to reduce staining and future maintenance requirements.

Exterior Façade Protection Upgrade - Application of Equus Lotexan water repellent to the fully re-plastered exterior

Following a complete re-plaster of the building exterior, an Equus Lotexan water-repellent coating was applied across all external surfaces. The treatment provides long-term protection against moisture penetration while maintaining the appearance of the façade, helping to extend the lifespan of the building and reduce future maintenance requirements.
