Wood for Warmth 2026
Last December, our team joined forces with Corporate Visas and TJ Photography to harvest 12 cubic metres of firewood for the Wood 4 Warmth charity initiative.
After drying over the summer at APS HQ, the firewood was distributed in June to families in need across the community. The APS team split into five delivery groups to ensure the firewood reached households efficiently and safely.
We're pleased to update that a number of families were able to enjoy a warm home throughout winter thanks to this collective effort. It was incredibly rewarding to see the project come full circle, from harvesting and stacking the wood to delivering it directly to those who needed it most.
